Kazakhstan Volleyball Federation Studies European Experience
The Kazakhstan Volleyball Federation is studying Poland’s experience in volleyball development. Representatives of the national federation attended the PlusLiga final and held a series of meetings with the Polish side to exchange experience and discuss future cooperation.
During the visit, the Kazakh delegation familiarized itself with the organization of the Polish championship, the operation of training systems, and the structure of volleyball development in the country. Meetings were also held with representatives of the Polish Volleyball Federation and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of Poland.
Special attention was given to a visit to one of Europe’s most renowned training centers — SMS PZPS Spała, where the guests observed the system for developing young athletes and the center’s infrastructure.
The Kazakhstan Volleyball Federation believes that such cooperation will help improve the level of domestic volleyball and introduce the best European practices.
