Kazakhstan and Russia Strengthen Volleyball Partnership

Kazakhstan’s Girls’ U18 National Volleyball Team is currently holding a training camp in Turkistan as part of its preparation for the upcoming Asian Championship.

Within the framework of sports cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, experienced Russian specialists Alexey Babeshin and Marina Babeshina (Sheshenina) have joined the training process. Working alongside Kazakhstan’s coaching staff, they are contributing their expertise and sharing modern training methods with the team.

During the camp, special attention is being paid to improving the players’ technical, tactical, and physical abilities. A significant focus is also placed on developing the skills of setters, enhancing on-court coordination, and implementing advanced training approaches.

The training camp serves not only as an important stage in preparation for the Asian Championship but also as a valuable platform for international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and the continued development of volleyball.
