Historic Bronze!

The National Team of the Republic of Kazakhstan has won the bronze medal at the Sitting Volleyball World Championship for the first time in its history.
Held from July 10 to 17 in Hangzhou, China, the World Championship saw Kazakhstan deliver an outstanding performance to finish among the top three teams in the world.
On their way to the podium, the team played seven matches. During the group stage, Kazakhstan defeated Croatia and Iraq, with its only loss coming against Brazil. In the knockout stage, the team confidently overcame Poland and Rwanda to reach the semifinals. After falling to Iran in the semifinal, Kazakhstan earned a historic bronze by defeating Brazil 3–2 (21:25, 25:23, 25:22, 23:25, 15:10) in a thrilling third-place match.
This achievement marks Kazakhstan's best-ever result at the Sitting Volleyball World Championship and confirms the national team's place among the world's strongest sitting volleyball nations.
